Yeah, that one is going over my head too (or maybe under). Is it a reference to the Fukushima accident? I'm reminded of
this article about a 72-year-old Japanese man who is volunteering to clean up radiation because he'll probably die of old age before getting cancer from it. Pretty awesome.
