Yes this is true.
However the problem is
even PK's don't even want to take the time to kill them because it doesn't do anything. Shits boring as fuck and the box needs an Adrenaline shot to the heart.
So you got bluebie's already avoiding PvP, being hard to kill. And then you got PvP'ers who realize PKing the bluebie's doesn't do anything and is boring as shit, especially since they plug 9/10 times. So the PK's give up, as seen by the box pop where it is at, and a bluebie paradise evolves, as seen by the current state of the box.
