The path of Solusek is one of great pain, hardship, and frustration. If found getting to the end of his path to be quite rewarding.
On looking for something mindless, look elsewhere. A wizard that isn't mindful of their surroundings or the limits of their power will be slain far before he or she ever gains enough power to consider taking on the raptors of Timorous Deep or attempting Solomen's quest.
