So you can start with these guards around high teens and they are good solo xp up until 40's. You can make really solid loot as each guard drops about 10plat per kill. There is not many guards for a ton of people to be there so before you head there, do a /who all paineel and look for anyone level 20-50 and /t them and ask if they are camping.
