For purpose of clarity; it appears there may have been a genuine misunderstanding of perspective. There was no goal of draco or ct. Only golems; due to being understood as non raid target per word of GM (See link). The matter of these being within a "raid zone" is a separate detail that lacked defined clarity in the writing of the suspension GM post; which appears to have attributed to the additional penalty.

The timed locked non instanced era we all now live in is a unique Everquest world that will conjure new challenges as multiple forces/teams grow stonger as time passes. Patience and open communication amongst the leadership of these forces must be practiced and encouraged.
