Firstly, I'm guessing there is a misunderstanding at the root of this problem, because Speedsz has been decent to me. I'd suggest getting an officer to log in a character in the zone and witness some of this behavior. Also, I'm curious to hear what the man himself has to say about this.
Secondly, to try to help you gain exp:
If you pull a mob out of a bard swarm, you're inviting trouble. Now you have aggro on the whole swarm. If he zones, they'll go straight to you (is that what's happening?). I'd avoid pulling out of his train and instead pull only fresh, non-aggroed mobs.
Would it work to hunt back by the drawbridge area? I don't think the bards pull all of the mobs back there.
