Minotaur Slavers in Steamfont Mountains from 10-13 (maybe even 14). They are in the north-west corner and all 4 can be single pulled without lull. They drop minotaur axes, minotaur horns and gems that can sell up to 20 plat. Great loot and you get the newbie zone bonus xp of 10(?)%.

Agree. You can take this to 14, but they turn light blue at 14. But then you buy SoW and move on.
