This is one thing I don't think Trump will truly do. So far in the primary I've agreed with or not cared about most things trump says or is for, however his stance on the privacy of citizens is not one I agree with. Hard to say, which is why I say might. If he does, it could result in the JFK effect, ya know? But there are things on the surface, such as Hillary, Benghazi, and a long shot being WTC. But you know, there is a whole lot more underneath that. He doesn't need to necessarily expose it to the public to break it up, or try to.

Sure, I don't agree with him on everything he says. One thing for sure, he can't do it all, the damage might take 16 years to reverse.
