Gregendek Icepaw in the Lower Dogs area at the very beginning of the drop down WTB
I have been hanging around the Velketor's Lab area for the better part of 2 weeks off and on all hours of the night auctioning to buy this. A few people may recognize my name(s).
If you are in Velk's and farming the Lower Dogs/BM surrounding area, you could make some plat If I end up looting this on my SK. I will not always be able to log in right after a PM, so please contact me first if you are about to try it.
