I had a picture of Brad at a investors presentation sitting at the head of the table obviously strung out (if you have been around stuff, you know the look)
He was completely dead in the eyes, slouched posture, facial muscles slouching in a vapid expression of soul-rending, and attempting to talk passionately about Vanguard's future to these millionaires sitting in the audience.
They deleted the FOH forum where I originally posted it back in 2007. It was as poetic as it gets, as the photo was taken for press reasons by a freelance photog friend of mine, and Vanguard hadn't come out yet but had recently been dropped by Microsoft. I was basically the only guy with the photo.
Brad's face and condition in the photo, while nothing to make fun of, was a Vanguard illustrative classic.
Happy to see him in 2016 as he looks like he has put the worst of those days behind him now, albeit at the cost of eating more often.
