Well that's exactly it. It seems like we had a similar experience and I was willing to extend my hand in friendship to help and was treated very poorly for no reason after a firm promise of tabula rasa and dkp raiding.

Gongshow is level headed and a trustworthy leader. Look at Tempest leaders. They have been abused and tormented at some point in playing on this server if not throughout their entire time here. There is no tabula rasa, the leadership is bitter and biased. I wouldn't expect many in this community to not be the same though. It is rare you are going to get someone level headed that takes the trust and responsibility of guild leadership seriously on here.
