Maybe I am just ghetto when it comes to my int casters and especially necros. But I have always had them up to 55-60 when half the gear on if that, usually no legs, belt, boots etc. just some hp rings, hp neck, whatever robe + bracers and random easy stuff to find. It may not be the best, but I think I have a chetari wardstaff laying around from my necros old weapon I can give you for free, stats are semi decent and its 2hb. I finally was able to swap to a sorc bowl/drachnid thyxl.
