Just ban all attractive people from appearing in public so fats don't have to feel self-conscious or make an attempt to improve their fitness in any way.
Maybe if good-looking people do have to go out for some reason, we can require them to wear a garment that covers them completely so their lithe bodies can't oppress the fatties. Make it head to toe and just leave a cutout section so they can see.
