I agree, it is a jungle. For all intensive purposes we live in a PvP environment. Would you run around red99, unarmed? Only here though, we have a perma-death system, in which there are lasting consequences to wanting to be an aggressor. Still, there are plenty of victims, but often the case they allow themselves to be the victims by choosing to enter gun free zones and being an easy target.
Only bars I've gone to are cowboy bars. What nutjob is going to try to gun down a bunch of gun loving cowboys like this? Nah, they go after liberal soft targets, where their actions will likely not be challenged, and may even make it out alive, themselves.
