Muhammad never wrote shit, if you research how the Quran was assembled, it's a complete joke. Some Caliph came up with some bullshit rules and anyone who wanted to add to the 1st compilation could as long as he had one witness to the "revelation."
Pretty sure Muhammad even opposed a written Quran, he advocated memorization and recitation, I'd have to go back and look it up again but it's a real hoot.
