No. I never mentioned jail. At this point I don't think he would ever have to answer for it even if he did break the law. My question was me wondering if Obama was aware of their communication being on this private unsecured server. It's a valid question, no?
Being negligently careless and failing to protect classified government information is a crime. It puts people's lives at risk.
Espionage. You know what that is, right? The investigators have already found that her email was hacked. It's obviously a serious criminal offense she's allegedly committed. And it's not as if this is the only crime she's suspected of. The bitch has no conscience about any of her shady doings through the decades.
There are very good reasons why they have strict rules about government email accounts, which is why they make everyone sign a document that says they understand the rules when they're given their own email accounts. She signed one, but she is such an above-the-law asshole that she never thinks the rules apply to her.
