Theres too many people on staff to make such a generalization, period.

You can't have all these guides and make that claim, there is no supervision or system for moderation (and maybe that's a good thing).

You get a feel for which guides are doing what, and their personalities over time. But this takes years.

For one, I can point out a lot of permanent forum bans that didn't really make a whole lot of sense. Not going to get into specifics.
