Should you kick Zechariah a second time? Maybe that would help the ToV pulling situation that is adding hundreds of wasted hours per month onto your raid schedule.
I'm sure <Tempest> rank and file would appreciate it. So reinvite Zech, kick him again, and see if anything improves pull wise.
