Both the wizard and enchanter quests show that they require the eye of the storm version.
Usually on allakhazam or elsewhere when this happens, it means only one was recorded as used. I still believe one should be for each quest, instead of one of them for two.

Was unable to cast identify on either eye. The one that appears as eye of storm in earlier post was the first one I tried. You saw result in the first post. Oh, btw I guess this is a bug on identify too. As it would not work on either saphire.

This worked fine for me. With the item on your cursor, cast identify.
