I find little bits of comments here there about some new recycled server but I have no idea what it is. It sounds like a new server where you start from scratch and slowly add the patches as time goes on? Is that correct? Is it coming? is there time frame? is the idea scratched?

I find the server is getting incredibly stagnant as I entered my upper 30s. for the most part people group with a small circle of (usually) twiinked out friends. The rest either don't talk at all or ar bing power leveled. I had one dude who said he'd hrpoup with me but only if I had a circlet. LOL. WTF is that? I it weren't for the annoying ass bards training me on occasion or hogging one my lowbie alts kills, I'd think I was playing a single player game.
