Yeah it is kind of unfortunate. For their servers players though most of all. It doesn't really bother me being forced to spend my free time on a different game. I'm actually kinda thankful the GMs forced me to get into something else. This was getting kind of boring anyway.

If I've accomplished anything with this thread with all the GMs reading it, maybe they'll think twice when it comes to another player ready to get a bullshit ban and they realize if they keep this shit up, while they're in power and can do whatever they want, people after a while are going to see there's much better games out there and don't have to put up with their bullshit [You must be logged in to view images. Bro the level of your cognitive dissonance here is mind-blowing. I'ma hit you with an effortpost:

The server's players aren't losing out on anything from your being banned. The players here have all agreed to abide by a set of rules with a set of consequences. The whole reason we agree to that is to KEEP OUT players that don't want to play fair and follow those rules, ie. you. You clearly think you did nothing wrong by deliberately breaking the 2-boxing rule, because it was "just to trade items". OK, well if we make an exception for 2-boxers to "just trade items", why not allow them to "just cast buffs"? Or to "just EC mule"? To "just pull mobs for the 1st account to solo"? The line is drawn at "controlling 2 characters at once, for any reason", which you knew because you read and agreed to the rules when you started playing here. As cliché as the slippery slope argument is, it really does apply. From your sense of entitlement, I assume you are a millennial and a bit young to have been around to witness multiboxers on live being a major factor in the death of what EQ used to be.

You are OBVIOUSLY bothered about being "forced" to spend your time on a different game, because you've spent the last several weeks here trying to defend the idea you did nothing wrong and crying that you can no longer play your account. Don't try to pretend like it ain't no thing to you, because you're fooling nobody. If you didn't care you wouldn't have posted, and kept posting.

If you want to reform yourself and follow the rules, it would be awesome if you and your gf rolled new accounts and stayed around, I love to see more people playing here. Just use the loss of your old account as a lesson and move on. Rules mean nothing without consequences for breaking them, and I am glad the consequences are enacted on this server cause the alternative is anarchy.
