Get an Ogre shaman's help (or make an Ogre shaman mule and level it to 5) and do the Forager Bag quest for a 10-slot, 50% weight reduction bag. I get one on every character.

You just need to gather a few slayer captain necklaces; and the Ogre shaman just has to spawn Emissary Glib; he is indifferent to all. Wait a few minutes and he walks to the entrance and despawns. Hail him before he gets there and turn in necklaces one at a time.
