Go play Bard or War if youre inbetween them anyway
there are some kind of macros to help with twisting but its nothing compared to /melody, + to be really versatile it helps if you do your twisting by hand
in the end its kinda like the new-gen MMOs with their skills
the good thing is you can see if youre ok with twisting at lvl 4 since you got 4 songs by then you can try out twisting them for some time without dropping one
