Well there was a whole other quest portion for Milea that was missing.
Pending update:
-Fixed Hopeless love quest.
-added appropriate random rewards based on allakhazam posts
-fixed faction rewards
-added money reward for sealed letter
-Fixed Clothspinner sisters quest portion for Melia
-created Guard Elias, he will now spawn, have dialogue, and then kill Milea according to the story.
