I can't cure lazy. I already posted the wikipedia link on this, and in the subnotes (#31) on this it links to here:

As well, I've linked government documents that cover an admittance to weather modification and having been put into experimental practice (actually doing it with results) by numerous government agencies. As well as links to industry and government specialists speaking out against these programs and the harm that they do.
Disinformation is nothing new, it's made for lazy people which unfortunately are many in this world. This in fact is based on science, and even the PNAS is discussing these things.
