yw. Then you can focus on finding mana/wisdom gear you could use, not worry about armor, and not even needed for a while. Later, if you stick with tailoring, you could get into making yourself cultural armor which some pcs are good for a druid compared to what you can buy (I've got like 5pcs on mine). It's when you get to mid 30's you might want decent stat armor and items say if you quad-kit which burns a lot of mana but fast leveling. Depends how you want to play a druid, like if into charming you could about lvl all the way nekid. Drui is least dependent on gear compared to all the other classes.

Just starting is a little rough, but turns into a full caster in no time, and one that can usually keep distance from MOBs. Getting groups to heal at first helps the most, and they are good heals early on. Scrounging up/making a little leather armor and you're doing great. Then you can put the plats into some good rings and ear rings etc.
