Humm, I don't know....what non ranger could use archery in the same way? Warriors can critical, but they don't get access to spells (which is so important with archers to supplement the damage between shots and control things).
Paladins can root...but they can't critical and they don't have DD spells to help out.
Shadow knights can snare and kite with pets....so I could actually see a hate-kiting SK work pretty ok with archery. Just keep using the disease spell to out-agro the pet and keep it on them as they archery around.
Oh my goodness, now that I really think about it...shadowknights could be pretty good archers!! It wouldn't be easy, but the pets adding damage I bet they could do impressive stuff!! Though their archery skill before level 51 is capped at 75.....so...that kind of hurts a lot.
Now I want to be a shadowknight archer :| It would be legendary :|
