I've known Rhov, Csisu, and this whole crew in game for a couple years now and they are good people. Not many you can say that about on P99. Pretty sure we're missing a lot of details in this story, which is surprising based on how long winded the OP was.

I agree with Tass - if they actually took two copies of Torpor from a fairly casual guild when at least one of them is a member of one of the top guilds on this server, that is pretty shady. I've raided with smaller guilds on unknown alts quite a bit, and you gotta be a pretty big sketch ball to take loot from people doing planar raids while you're main is downing end game content.
