MOBAs are ruined by the player base. Everyone feels entitled to the better team every match, and will not control their anger until the match is over. So you end up in game where someone is actively pissed at a teammate (or worse, you) and is sabotaging the game with their childishness.
Once in awhile...not a big deal...but its like 75% of the games you play until you get good enough to get into a higher ELO, where people have learned it lowers your win rate to bitch your team out and throw a tantrum....it even happens there a good 10-20% of the time.
Riot started to improve things...then decided it wasn't worth it because they lose more of the shitheads I just described, than people like me.

Queue dodging is still bad. I queued up no less than 7 times last week because someone didn't like that the champ they wanted to play got banned (or hated their teammates for 101 possible reasons).
