Yeah saw a doc about it. Couldn't find anything serious. I eased up on the legs for 2-3 months while taking magnesium supplements and anti inflammatory tablets. Fully recovered otherwise I wouldn't be pressing the weight I did.

Leg press does nothing for functional strength. There is literally no real reason to train legs this way aside from "look at my big dumb gay legs"
Also you claim to be over 6 feet tall right? You shouldn't be squatting either.
