It only makes sense, he's spoken out against the NAU and NAFTA, historically. Of course many Reps have as well, got elected, then did
nothing. Always gonna do something, something, but nothin gets done. Open boarders falls right into that oppositional position, a matter of sovereignty.
At the same time, conservs and libs may see things a bit differently. But the POTUS isn't a dictator. So what he says he will do and what he can do is yet to be seen, at least to some extent. But I think he will do something if not everything, on that matter.

Maybe your question is if He's really on the level. I like guys like Rand Paul and Duncan Hunter, among others. I probably have more trust for guys like that, though never absolute. But from people close to Donald, and those that have interviewed him time and time again, they seem to think he's on the level. As well, he has a work history of doing what he says in the business world, so he does show some competency, with both success and failure as is a part of life.
