There are 3 ways you can get interrupted: Stun, Push, and "Interrupts"
Ogre immunes you to stun from the front.
Push doesn't really happen unless you are fighting something that hits super fast, you are being gangbanged... or you're on a slippery surface where you can be pushed easily. Back against the wall counters this as well as any race.
Interrupts happen fairly frequently by mobs who have the ability to do so. Some mobs have access to Bash or Kick (usually Warrior types) - which will interrupt your casts. They also spam it on cooldown - so the moment they connect with you they will attempt to interrupt you.
