You will be nearly unable to solo this on red at any level 50+, many many people have characters ranging from 51-55 and 56-60 parked at KC just to pvp only. First as others said though, you would need a fungi, epic and some worn dragon haste pref to make it smoother and you could knock it out at 54-55 not too badly but not enough to keep the entire spawn dead solo for maximum spawn chances. But before you even got started, unless you got lucky for 2-3 hours tops at the 6am-10am weekday play time, Any number of sub 60 rogues, or level 60 anything would kill you dead or make you plug.
