Either you got it by proxy or arrows have no flight time anymore, because you got it the second you turned the corner and got in LoS. Can still see the arrow when yellow text goes out.

I doubt they'd remove arrow flight time after going to the trouble of adding it. Probably just an unlucky server tick?
