Won't even work with other guilds to better refine vague rules by GM's for various scenarios. These scenarios and agreements are a tool by which guilds can resolve and remedy grievances among themselves rather than random GM ban for an unposted rule.

Keeps wanting rotations, even though it has been repeatedly said that they won't bring this back
Nemce nothing more obstructionist, and has no business in trying to craft raid policy. Time and time again his posts reflect that he is unwilling to work with the raid environment that is. His only end goal appears to be create a strict narrow view of what he envisions of what a NTOV raid was years ago, anything other than that he will not engage in any dialogue about anything. He is going and trying to go as far as trying to get back to the old C/R system or a whole new sever just to get this.
Nemce is showing himself to be a far greater cancer than ever than what Chest ever was.
