My trick is, if someone else plays good and they are a healer I friend them, Same for enchanters. So I always have a huge friends list of people online. I ask those people if they have openings in their groups and go join them or make my own group with them. Always easy to find DPS and as I out level people I drop them off my friends list after about 3-4 levels.
