You clearly don't understand the situation. Just because Obama had a majority doesn't mean Congress wasn't filled with criminals... it was a group of Democrats, bought and paid for by insurance companies, who killed the public option during the crafting of the ACA.
The cancer in this country's politics encompasses both sides of the aisle. It's just easier to scapegoat the guy at the top, whether it's Bush or Obama, than it is to keep track of the criminal behavior of 535 grifters.
