Education a priority is one thing, paying for every hood test coming out of high school to try and fail college with no financial repercussions is another, making a bachelor's the current equivalent of a hs diploma would just be stupid. This. I won't pay for hoods to go to college, I had enough violent hoods at my college on scholarship and Federal grant.
