Bump for how excited i am about this.

Sadly I won't be joining you guys on Hibernia though, when i contacted my friend who i played DAOC with as a kid, we both agreed we gotta relive our troll shaman/thane combo.

So i will see you guys on the battlefield, I hope the latency isnt an issue being in Canada with the server in Europe? or wherever it is
That's quite alright, try whichever realm/class you want to try, it's what the BETA is there for after all. Shaman and Thane are both very fun classes to play, especially together in the same group. If you end up not liking your time in Midgard, you can always come over to Hibernia to join the P99 group later on.

Anyway, if anyone else would be interested in playing with the P99 group, make a post in this thread with the realm and class you'd want to try first, and maybe we can do some realm hopping to try different class combos. This game is way more interesting when it's being played with others, and if you're a first-timer in DAoC or Hibernia for that matter, being an EQ player will help you get adjusted much easier - since both games are from 'that era' of MMOs.

If you'd like to try classes from different realms, just list them in the same post like so:

Hibernia - Mentalist, Hero (Spear spec), Animist
Midgard - Skald, Healer (Aug spec)
Albion - Sorceror, Cabalist, Wizard (Earth spec), Armsman (Polearm spec) or Minstrel
