I found a list of processors that could handle EQ2 here, and that one isn't on it, but thats also EQ2.

In my search I had at one point also considered a small EQing computer and was bummed when the netbook market died down hehe. Although chromebooks seem to be near the same price range, not sure if they're able to run EQ but I think I've seen others asking around here about em:
