There is little PvP but you will probably find a better PVE experience on Red than you will on Blue. The population is big enough to be able to raid and do stuff end game but small enough to where people will want you to play and help you with gear early on.

This is exactly why the server needs a wipe. ITS A PVP SERVER

Instead its poorly populated and often mostly by PvE players or super twink gankers.
When I came to join the RED99 community I was interested in PvP yet all I found was empty zones and super twinks who gank endlessly until you leave the zone. Don't be fooled by the whole TD guild. They have people who use that guild to find people to gank and do so often. They also have guild members who enjoy training and PKing fellow guild members when it suits them.
Basically Red99 is a failed server now with a super low population, non competitive pvp and many lousy, bitter losers. A few nice people but really it is a joke as a pvp server.
