This is an interesting argument. I find it queer to suggest that the minimum wage prevents the miltiplication of the breed by in subsidy thereof, unless one wrongfully equates the abatement of symptoms with cure of the disease or if s/he embraces the false hope that an altered environment will necessarily alter the nature of the breed. Trust not to hope, the breed will flourish and bankrupt the state.
