I've donated. Certainly not to that extent but I think that paying to play a game I really enjoy isn't beyond reasonable.
I'm sorry you don't understand simple economic choice. I'm merely saying that given the option I'd rather buy someone elses time and cut straight to the portions of the game I enjoy, than I would spend the relatively little time I have in this game grinding out levels.
If another individual feels that they can grind levels better than they can grind real money, well that is why Jesus invented free trade.
