A minute per post? Maybe your autism makes it hard for you to express yourself but its more like 5-10 seconds.
Around 1500 minutes for 9k posts, 25 hours spread out since 2011. I don't see an issue with that. Also the majority of us (including myself) have had many forum accounts banned so our post counts are constantly reset. I literally have 11+ banned accounts but heartbrand, samwise and nirgon (highest post counts) still have their original handles.
