You should be able to eventually. It might take longer worshiping Rallos Zek than it would if you were agnostic but don't forget that many other warrior races worship RZ too.
In any case, yes it's doable. Now if you worshipped CT then you might be screwed.

I wasn't aware that a specific deity choice would affect whether you could go beyond a certain con level with a particular faction...Is that true?
