Generally, I've found any rogue in a party will offer to drag your corpse. Sometimes you have to ask, sometimes they will offer. I know I offer to corpse-drag for those classes who cannot do it themselves when I am on my rogue. At higher levels, you want to drag any and all corpses for a rez, so it's second nature.
I suspect that you have discovered a bit of an issue with warriors at your level; your one job is to hold aggro, but you haven't the tools to do it. Rogues who don't evade (
something they can do from lvl 3) or whose hide skill is too low will pull aggro and blame you, wizards who nuke too early will pull aggro off you and then blame you, enchanters who don't mez properly will blame you, clerics who forget that healing gives aggro will pull aggro and then blame you. Your taunt skill is awful at your level, so you need to do most of the damage.
Get a good group with an enchanter who uses mezz, a cleric who uses root, a rogue who uses evasion and a wizard who nukes at the end rather than the beginning. A good group will never rage-quit. They might call it a day and make sure everyone gets out safely, but rage-quitting is usually a sign of players who don't know their class and get everyone wiped.
For your part, as a warrior, tell the puller if they are pulling too fast / too high-level mobs, ask the nukers to let you get a good amount of aggro before they start (rogues are awful for this) and make sure you are using taunt properly. Seriously,
learn how to taunt; don't just spam it (unless you are trying to skill up in a hurry) and taunt every time you lose aggro instead.
