If it was fraud, and considering it was more than likely an online transaction, I doubt he got his money back straight from the guy who sold it to him.
More than likely it was a fraud claim with his bank, who re-imbursed him.
And just because he got his money back, if Devil is still acting shady, is it not worth it to let the community know?
