Actually it's just calculations and the author lists the formula he used on theright side of the page:
DPS = (weapon damage x 2 + Damage Bonus)/(Weapon Delay)
Damage Bonus = (Character Level - 28)/3
The numbers on his sheet though are not damage [b]per second[/] though. They are damage
per deci-second. Weapon delay is displayed as 10ths of a second, so to arrive at a DPS number you must either divide the delay by 10 or multiply tue result by 10. Of course for comparing one weapon vs another this doesn't matter, it's just wrong. In any case this is why the number I posted for L29 is 10x the number listed for L30 on his sheet ^^
The only case you can make for the PB post L29 is weapon swapping for free offhand attacks. If you wanna do that, more power to ya, you will maximize DPS. If you just play normally and do t enjoy clickfest then dual SoS beats out PB for fromn L29.
