Maybe he is? Doesn't matter. He handled that situation in the smartest way possible, video evidence for the cops he knew were on their way. If a man gets into physical altercation with a woman and strikes her, he's going to jail without question. The cops were on her side as it was and only that video that got her arrested.
What exactly would you have done differently?
