Shit's classic though. It's not supposed to be easy to get nice gear on Everquest, that shit takes time, grinding, and commitment. And it's that much more rewarding when you get it. In fact, it's far easier to get nice gear on P99 than it ever was on live because of all the shit floating around, and the vast majority of it is far cheaper than it was on live.
The fact that EQ meta even allows something like tunnelquest, an entire playstyle based off the game's economy, is marvelous, even if you don't personally enjoy participating in it.
